Delivery

We are based in Banstead, Surrey. Please feel free to come and collect your item directly from us free of charge rather than pay for delivery. Please see opening times.

Q: How much will delivery be?

A: This depends on the size of the item/items you have purchased and your location.  We can arrange delivery with some excellent couriers if required.  Please get in contact with your postcode for a competitive quote.

Please note: prices quoted are for a one man delivery.  If you require a two man delivery, please let us know and we will request.  Please note that there would be an additional cost.

Q: What happens if I want to return the item?

A: We offer a full refund for unwanted items, however they must be undamaged and it will be your responsibility to pay for the return delivery costs.  You have 14 days to decide to return the item.  You may not receive a refund if the item is not received back in its original condition.  Louisa Grace Interiors is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Q: What happens if I am not in your delivery area?

A: We only offer delivery in England but if you live anywhere else in the UK, we will happily try and get you a special quote.
